Klinker Brick Wines with Wes Burrow from West TN Crown & Brandon
Great wine begins with a suitable climate and soil, both of which are found at the Klinker Brick Winery in Lodi, CA. This grape growing community began in the early 1900s and cultivates warm-weather varietals including Zinfandel, Cabernet, and Syrah. Steve and Lori Felton are the fifth generation to grow grapes in Lodi. The Feltens and Klinker Brick have one goal…produce world-class wine. Wes will be our guest host on Friday and we will be pouring the Cabernet and Red Blend.
Klinker Brick Cabernet Sauvignon
is a full-bodied wine that has rich fruit and spice flavors with notes of vanilla, nutmeg, and black cherry. This Cab is great pairing with beef, lamb, game, and poultry.
Brickmason Red Blend is 80% Zinfandel, 10% Syrah, 5% Cabernet and 5% Petite Sirah. This bold blend has deep fruit aromas and notes of vanilla.
