This wine is released every year at springtime. It is synonym with sunny days coming back. Its notes of citrus and acacia blossom can be discreet in the first place but when it opens up, it will also reveal honey and toasty notes, with a lively finish. The winemaker's suggestion: this wine is said to be "tender". Les Charmes will be ideal as an aperitif or served with beautiful platters of Touraine charcuterie (rillettes from Tours and rillons). It will pair well with seafood and Loire fish rillettes.
