Our proprietary red blend, Baby Blue, is our most popular wine. It is a distinctive blend of the five Bordeaux varietals - Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec - plus a touch of Syrah that delivers velvety tannins, fine aromatics, and length. Tasting notes of blackberry, blueberry, black currant and anise wrapped within a velvety texture. Beautifully balanced and delicious!
Baby Blue is approachable and delicious on release and a perfect complement to a wide range of foods such as grilled salmon, pork tenderloin, or pasta.

Rich aromas of cocoa powder, cherry and cinnamon waft from the glass on the nose of this (mostly) Bordeaux-style blend. The palate delivers rich grippy tannin and flavors of berry liqueur, cocoa and purple flowers before a long finish. Yummy now, a few years in the cellar will really unlock the energy of this wine.
