It is a red wine with an intense purple-red color and marked notes of fruit. On the nose it is full of wild fruit and Murcian plum accented by a floral note of violet. The wine is silky on the palate with a fresh, persistent finish with hints of blackberries. Pairs well with cheese and charcuterie boards, grilled vegetables, hummus, and Bolognese pasta.

The young red 2018 Black was produced with Garnacha grapes and has a fruit-driven, straightforward profile. It's a bit grapey, with simple aromas and flavors and a juicy palate with berry fruit flavors. 30,000 bottles were filled in April 2019.
