Blue Note Crossroads Bourbon

A high Rye MGP mashbill that's been finished in Toasted French Oak barrels. From Aroma to finish this is just a very solid pour. Color of amber Corn Flakes, Vanilla, Caramel Oak and a hint of Leather on the nose. Notes of Vanilla Bean, Custard, Honey, and Torched Sugar with a slight touch of Cinnamon Medium Linger with a very mild burn. Viscous and coats the throat.
