A smoky hint of roasted almond and a touch of bacon imparts a savory accent to this firm, well-knit rosé. The fine bead carries subtle flavors of macerated plum, whole-grain toast and lemon zest. Drink now through 2017.

Pink in color, this light wine has attractive raspberry fruits that contrast with a more yeasty character at the end. It's bright and fresh with a soft aftertaste.

Fresh red berry and some floral aromas on the clear and fruit-driven nose open the salmon-colored NV Brut Rosé, a blend of Chardonnay (45%), Pinot Meunier (45%) and Pinot Noir (10%), sourced from four different villages. Medium-bodied, fruit intense and elegant on the palate, this round and silky, easy-drinking Rosé reveals a nice structure and minerality in the good finish. Fermented in inox (including malolactic fermentation), the vin de base was fermented to Champagne in between 18 months before it was disgorged in January 2015. This pleasant Rosé, which is a nice summer aperitif and a good partner with crustaceans, is still kept in the cellar before it will be released this summer.
