The surprising white 2019 Blanco has all the white grapes you can imagine-Garnacha Blanca, Maturana Blanca, Torrontés, Viura, Malvasía and Tempranillo Blanco-fermented in different vessels, while in the past it contained less varieties and was all barrel fermented. I think this has increased the complexity and nuance and lowered the effect of the oak in the wine. It comes through as balsamic with even some minty notes and quite fresh and vibrant, clean and tasty, with a dry finish. 24,681 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2020.
