The fruit for our Pinot Noir comes from 8 rows of vines planted

with the Pisoni clone from the legendary Soberanes Vineyard

located on the western edge of the Salinas Valley. The grapes

were picked in the early morning hours of September 5, 2018

and were immediately transported to Napa for crushing. The

wine was fermented using indigenous yeast and malolactic

bacteria with punch downs twice a day, followed by 12 months

of aging in neutral Burgundy barrels on its lees.
