The 2021 Bianco di Torgiano Torre di Giano is wonderfully fresh, with white flowers, crushed Granny Smith and nuances of honeysuckle forming its bouquet. It's soft in feel with tart orchard fruits and saline-mineral tones that add lovely contrast. It leaves a youthfully grippy sensation through the citrus-tinged finale, as hints of kiwi slowly fade. The 2021 is nicely balanced, and I'm really enjoying the salty edginess within. It's a blend of 50% Vermentino, 30% Grechetto and 20% Trebbiano.
