Valminor Albariño 2017

Albariño from Rias Baixas, Spain. According to Wine Magazine “There are few better partners with seafood than the coastal wine of Rías Baixas, Albariño”. Albariño originates largely from five subzones in the Rías Baixas wine region in northwest Spain. Over the past 15 years, Albariño has become Spain’s most notable white wine.

Winemaker Notes:
Valminor Albariño shows a wide fruity range of aromas with notes of melon, apricot, and grapefruit. All perfectly blended together with a subtle flowery scent. In the mouth, it is fresh and tasty, boasting a taste of apple and fruit.
Pairs well with fish, chicken, rice, pasta, oyster, seafood, and Asian food.

Las Rocas Garnacha 2016

Las Rocas de San Alejandro is located in the region of Calatayud, Spain. The area boasts its long and rich history of vineyards dating back to early BC years. “Garnacha” is the Spanish word for Grenache; in 1989 Bodegas San Alexandro decided to focus on the Grenache varieties that have been grown in this area for centuries.

Winemaker Notes: This Spanish Grenache, has a splendid perfume of spices, lavender, kirsch, and blueberry. It’s complex, with a great texture and a very rich & long finish.
Las Rocas Garnacha pairs well with red roasted meat, stews, and turkey, elaborated sauces, foie-gras, legumes and cheeses.
