Since its introduction in 1939 as "Seagram's Ancient Bottle Distilled Dry Gin", Seagram's Gin has acquired a loyal and enthusiastic following of gin connoisseurs in the United States. Unlike other gins available at that time, Seagram's Gin is mellowed in charred White Oak whiskey barrels which creates a gin that is smoother.
