Creamy, with honeyed flavors of passion fruit, guava and spice that show a hint of candle wax. There's good intensity to the acidity in this exuberant rosé, and it just balances the tropical overtones, with an off-dry, moderate finish.

Orange-pink with a vigorous mousse Creamy orange, cherry and strawberry preserves on the nose. Rich and velvety, with sweet tangerine and red berry flavors carrying through the finish. This would be nice with blue cheeses.
