Sourced from Lodi and made under the direction of the team from Signorello, Trim's 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon features plenty of cherry fruit, underscored by hints of loamy earth. It's medium-bodied in the mouth, not overly concentrated or long but silky and pleasing.
