A sweet frizzante - blend of Moscato and Nebbiolo. It goes through the MPF method, or 'Mosto Partialmente Fermentato'. The must isn't fully fermented, making the resulting wine slightly sparkling.
The result is a frizzante full of red fruit with a fresh floral touch and a pronounced aroma.
Drink as an aperitif with fresh strawberries, as an appetizer or with dessert! Some people even enjoy it "on the rocks."
